½ cup tomato sauce
¼ cup plain yogurt
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 ounces Monterey Jack cheese
2 ounces mushrooms
One package frozen spinach
1 teaspoon salt
4 ounces cooked crab or shrimp

Directions:

Combine first five ingredients and mushrooms. Warm in a pot, but don’t boil. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray to small casseroles with Pam. Put the spinach in sieve and press out water. Fluff and sprinkle with salt. Divide spinach into the two casseroles. Make a nest in the center of each casserole dish. Fill the nest with either crap or shrimp. Spoon one half of the warm sauce over each nest. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 min. with one slice cheese on each casserole and return it to the oven until melted.
