1 ½ pounds drained, canned garbanzo beans
8 ounces pared potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 ounces uncooked corn meal
½ cup chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup grated onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons garlic powder
One dash Red pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grind garbanzo beans one quarter at a time in a blender until smooth. Add potatoes, corn meal, and other ingredients. Stir until well combined. Form into 1 tablespoon size balls. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350° for 30 min.

In a bowl combine:
¼ cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
One dash dill weed
Toss with 1 ½ cups shredded lettuce and 1 cup diced tomatoes
Serve with falafel.
