For one 9 inch pie:
1 ½ to 2 cups sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 cup rhubarb chopped
3 tablespoon flour
2 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and salt. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Add rhubarb and mix. Pour into pie shell and add top crust. Seal and bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes and then 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pie tends to run over so put foil or cookie sheet under to keep oven clean.
