1/4 teaspoon salt
¼ cup sugar
¾ cup corn syrup
1 ¼ teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Beat egg whites and salt until frothy. Gradually add sugar, beating until smooth and glossy. Slowly add corn syrup beating until firm peaks. Fold in vanilla.
