Crust: ¾ c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
Mix then sprinkle on sides and bottom of greased spring form 9 inch pan.
Filling:
One package lemon pudding mix
1 1/3 cup milk
Three eggs
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup sugar
1 ½ pound cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the pudding mix sugar and milk to a full boil stirring constantly. Curdling will disappear. Remove from heat and cover. Beat cream cheese beat three eggs vanilla salt and pudding. Pour in the pan. Bake at 425 to 30 min. turn off oven and open door leaving cake in place to cool for 30 min. makes 10 to 12 servings
