1 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 T. melted butter
Juice and zest of one lemon
1 one shell pie crust, in pan

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour. Add remaining ingredients, except crust. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake until firm. A “cake mixture will rise to the top with a lemon custard on the bottom.

The original recipe states no oven temperature or time. I would guess it was 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. It’s just a guess though.
