Combine in ungreased 13x9 inch pan:
3 c. sifted flour
½ t. salt
2t. baking soda
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
Pour on top of dry ingredients:
¾ c. oil
1 t. vanilla
2 T. vinegar
2 c. water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix with fork and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Leave in pan to cut and serve. Frost with choc or vanilla frosting. Cake is very moist.
