2c. cooked rice
½ c. seedless raisins
2 eggs
6 T. sugar
Nutmeg
½ t. salt
1 T. butter
2c. milk, scalded
1t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice and raisins. Beat eggs until light and fluffy and then blend in sugar and salt. Melt butter in milk and pour into rice mixture. Add vanilla. Pour into oiled 1 ½ qt. baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg. Place in a pan of water and bake for 1 ¼ hour at 350 degrees.
