1/3 cup beer
1/3 cup milk (use organic)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg (use organic)

fish filets
flour to coat fish
oil or butter for frying
seasonings of choice such as Old Bay, pepper,garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together except for flour.

2. Add seasonings of your choice to the flour.

3. Dip fish in flour, then in the beer/milk mixture.

4. Dip in flour again.

5. Pan fry fish in butter or oil.

When cooking with oil, always avoid corn, canola & soy oils because they are genetically modified (GMOS) and not good for you. Also make sure that the oil you are using has a high smoke point so it doesn't break down and form free radicals that are also not good for you.
