4 ½ - 5 ½ c. Flour
¼ c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 ¼ c. milk
¼ c. margarine
2 eggs, room tempature
Melted margarine
1/3 c. (or more) sugar
1 ½ t. (or more) cinnamon

Mix 1 ¾ c. flour, ¼ c. sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl. Melt ¼ c. margarine, and heat it with milk until warm. Beat into dry mixture. Add eggs, mix, add flour until a soft dough forms. Knead. Let rise for about 1 hour.
Combine 1/3c. sugar and 1 ½ t. cinnamon in small bowl and set aside. Punch down dough divide into half on a lightly floured board and roll each half on into a 12” x 8” rectangle. Brush with melted margarine. Sprinkle with ½ of cinnamon sugar mixture (more to taste). Roll tightly and seal edges firmly underneath. Place in greased loaf pan. Repeat with other half of dough. Let rise 1 hour or until doubled. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cool on wire racks after removing from pans.
