8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4c. sugar
¼ c. dairy sour cream
½ t. vanilla
1 9” pie shell, cooled
2-3c. fresh blueberries
½ c. water
1/2c. sugar
2 T. Cornstarch
1 T lemon juice
2-3T sifted confectioners sugar

Directions:

Blend first 4 ingredients and spread into pie shell. Chill until firm. Mix 1c. crushed blueberries in sauce pan. Add 1c. water and bring to a boil. Combine ½ c. sugar and cornstarch in large bowl and stir in blueberry liquid. Return mixture to saucepan and cook stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Cool. Place remaining berries onto cooled pie and pour cooled glaze on top of them. Chill well for about 3 hours. To serve, combine confectioners sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and sprinkle over pie.
