1 thinly sliced red onion
2 sliced and peeled apples
1 shredded red cabbage head
1 t. salt
1/8 t. Pepper
2 T. Sugar
¼ c. Vinegar
¼ c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a pressure cooker and cook for 3 minutes at pressure or 2-2 ½ hours in a sauce pan (you may need to add more water if you choose the saucepan method). Serve and enjoy.
