6-7c. Flour
½ c. Sugar
½ t. Salt
2 pkgs. Yeast
1 c. Water
1 c. Milk
2-3 Eggs
6 T. Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2c. Flour and other dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Set aside. Heat liquids until warm. Add liquids to dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
Add about 1c. Flour and mix. Add eggs and mix. Add more flour and knead until smooth.
Put dough into greased bowl and cover. Let rise about 1 hour. Punch down dough and shape as desired. Let rise again until doubled in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes for rolls and longer for breads.
