5 Egg Whites (room temperature)
1 Tsp. Soda
5 Tbsp. Ice Water
6 Tbsp. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Chill steel bowl in freezer.
Whip ingredients except Sugar.
Whip until for stands up.
Fold in sugar.
Bake at 425º for 5 minutes.
