4 large green tomatoes
1/2 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon grated garlic
1 strip green onions, cut up in fine pieces
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil for boon-j-ing
1/4 of a red hot pepper (optional)
Dash of black peppers
Salt to taste

Directions:
Boil all green tomatoes, drain and discard skins.
Mash tomatoes in a medium bowl. Add salt, onions, garlic, peppers and vinegar.

Boon - j - ing means: It has to go kuttz!

Heat butter or olive oil in a pot over medium heat, add one garlic clove and heat until brown.
Pour into tomato mixture slowly, mix and serve.
