4 slices white sandwich bread
4 oz. sliced deli ham
4 oz. swiss cheese
2 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp strawberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Spray mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes. Coarsely chop ham in food processor. Grate swiss cheese. Whisk cream cheese, eggs and mustard in a bowl until smooth; stir in bread, ham and swiss cheese. Spoon about 1 tbsp of mixture into each cup of muffin pan. Bake 10-12 minutes or until puffs are light golden brown. Remove puffs from pan to cooling rack. Spoon jam into a small resealable plastic bag; trim the corner and squeese jam evenly over puffs.
