10 Jalapeño Peppers
2 Medium Green Bell Peppers
1 ½ C Apple Cider Vinegar
6 C Granulated Sugar
⅓ C Lemon Juice
4 oz Liquid Pectin
10 Drops Green or Red Food Coloring
7 Pint Size Canning Jars

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the canning jars for 15 minutes. Remove jars from the boiling water and let dry just before you start preparing the jelly. Blend chilies and peppers then add vinegar and blend again until well blended. Place mixture in a pot on the stove and bring to a boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and lemon juice. Return to the heat and bring to a boil again. Stir in pectin and food coloring and boil again, stirring for 1 minute. Skim off any foam and pour into canning jars through strainer and place lids on jars. Allow to cool. Lids will pop and seal to the jar while cooling. When cool refrigerate.
