2 tablespoons virgin organic coconut oil
6 large cloves garlic cut into large pieces
8 mushrooms sliced
1/4 onion coarsely chopped
1/4 teaspoon tumeric
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
large portion of fresh organic baby spinach or kale

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put coconut oil in the center of the cast iron skillet.

2. Add garlic, mushrooms & onions & spices. Saute until garlic begins to brown.

3. Pile on as much spinach or kale as the skillet will hold. Press down with a large spoon.

4. Gently flip ingredients over as they continue to cook down. Serve when spinach (or kale) is completely wilted.
