bacon crumbled
chopped sweet onion
3-4 T oil
1t. chopped garlic
leaf lettuce
vinegar
salt to taste
2 chopped boiled eggs -optional

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet heat onion, bacon, oil, vinegar, garlic & salt. When hot, lay lettuce on top for just a minute or 2, put a plate on top of the skillet and flip. Top with boiled egg, ENJOY!
