3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
2 cans potted meat
2 tablespoons finely diced onion
2 tablespoons mustard
¼ cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

Half eggs lengthwise. Empty egg yolks into a mixing bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into a sandwich bag with a corner cut off. Pipe the meat egg mixture into eggs, mounding high. Salt and pepper to taste.
