6 c Apples, peeled and sliced (about 8 medium apples)
1/2 c Light Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c Quick or Old Fashioned Oats, uncooked
1/2 c All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 c Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Combine sugar, oats, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Arrange half the apple slices in buttered 8" square pan. Sprinkle half the sugar mixture over the apples. Top with remaining apples and sugar mixture.
Bake 30-40 minutes or until apples are tender.
Serve warm with cream.
