Batter Mixture
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1-1/4 tablespoons cocoa
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

TOPPING
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all batter ingredients together and pour in 9X9 pan. Mix topping ingredients together and spread mixture over top of batter. Pour 1-1/2 cups boiling water over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm topped with whipped cream. Serves 8
