2 lbs small brussel sprouts
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 lime, juiced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the bottom stem off of each brussel sprout and then cut bulb in half, repeat for each. Lay in a single layer on the baking sheet. In a small bowl combine salt, pepper and chili powder. Sprinkle spice mixture over brussel sprouts. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are browning on the edges and are fork tender. Remove from oven and sprinkle lime juice over the hot brussel sprouts.
