1 box of seasoned croutons
1 pound hot sausage
1 pound regular sausage
1-1/4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups milk
6 eggs (beaten)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the box of croutons on bottom of 13X9 baking dish. Brown the sausage, drain,sprinkle over croutons. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of sausage. In a separate bowl combine the cream of chicken soup,milk,eggs. Beat by hand about 2 minutes. Then pour this mixture on top.
Bake 275 degrees for 1 and 1/2 hours.
Serves 6-8

I like to use Neese's Sausage. This is delicious and you don't need anything with it. If you have guest it is good to serve with fried apples or with fresh fruit. This is the best breakfast you can make.
