1 1/3 cups Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Crisco shortening
3 Tablespoons cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour and salt together. Add Crisco until all blended together. Add water last. DO NOT STIR MUCH!

Flour countertop or board then drop dough onto surface. Pat out a round. Sprinkle with flour. Roll with floured rolling pin to desired size. Put into pie pan.

Bake at 450º for 8-10 minutes to brown crust unfilled.
