2 cups sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup biscuit mix
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/3 cup oleo or butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease pie plate (deep one). Beat all ingredients. Pour in pie plate, bake till knife comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
