1/3 c. oil
1 medium onion chopped
1/4 c. parsley chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. brown sugar
7 1/2 oz. can Tomato sauce
2/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Rosemary
1/2 tsp. Thyme
2 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and saute onion and parsley. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thickened (about an hour - the longer the better). Store in a jar in refrigerator and use as a sauce for beef or pork.
