1/2 c Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2, 10 oz. packages Frozen Spinach, thawed and squeezed out
3 eggs
1, 24 oz. Low Fat Cottage Cheese
3 Green Onions
1/2 tsp. Dried Basil Leaves
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1, 8 oz. Container Plain Low Fat Yogurt

Preheat oven 375º
Spray 9" pie plate
In large bowl, mix spinach and next 6 ingredients
Mix 2 tbsp. corn starch and remaining cheddar cheese until blended, spoon into pie plate
In small bowl, combine yogurt and 1 tbsp. corn starch until well blended. Spread over spinach mixture and cover. Sprinkle with reserved cheese.
Bake 1 hour or until set.
