Cake

1 tsp baking soda
2 c flour
2 c sugar
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
2 eggs
½ c chopped nuts (your choice)
1 c coconut

Frosting

8 oz cream cheese
½ c butter/margarine
2 ½ c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Large bowl mix sugar, baking soda and flour by hand. Mix in eggs, pineapple with juice. Stir in nuts and coconut. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 25-35 min.

Frosting

Combine margarine/butter and cream cheese; add powdered sugar, vanilla & nuts.

Spread on cake

And top with coconut and nuts (your choice)
