1 small box of Minute Rice
1 can each of mushroom and celery soups
2 soup cans of milk
3/4 stick butter or margarine
1 small jar of Cheese Whiz
1 small - med. onion finely chopped
2 boxes frozen broccoli, thawed (20 oz. total)

Directions:
Heat milk, soups, and Cheese Whiz 'till hot and blended. Melt butter and pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Add the rice evenly over the butter, then sprinkle the onions evenly over the rice and add 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper. Pour soup all over and cover tightly. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes, uncover and bake another 25 to 30 minutes.
