8 potatoes
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
2 cups shredded American cheese
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350, grease 9x13 baking dish

Slice potatoes with skin on, place in a pot covered with salted water and cook. When the potatoes are done, drain and allow to steam dry for a few minutes.

Mix together mayo, sour cream, onion and garlic powder, salt, pepper, diced onion and shredded cheese in large bowl. Stir in the potatoes, pour in to baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake until bubbly and lightly browned, 35-40 minutes.
