1 C mashed potatoes
4 Tbsp butter
2 C sugar
3 Eggs, well beaten
1/2 C milk
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp nutmeg
5 C flour
5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients; chill dough. Roll out dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut dough with doughnut cutter. Fry in hot oil until browned on both sides (1 minute on each side). Drain on paper towels. Dust with sugar.
