1 lb cut up rhubarb
1 cup white sugar
1 pkg strawberry jello
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup water
1/4 cup melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Spread rhubarb in greased 9 by 13 pan. Sprinkle on sugar, then jello powder then cake mix. Mix water and butter together and pour on top. Do not mix. Bake 40 minutes or til rhubarb is tender.
