2 tablespoons butter
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 stalk of celery, chopped
1 large potato, scrubbed and cubed
1 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon chicken stock granules
1 teaspoon green herbs stock granules
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1½ cups milk
1 can shrimp (about 200 gms)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave butter, onion, garlic and celery in a covered bowl on HIGH for 3 minutes. Add potato and boiling water. Cover and cook for 6 minutes or until the potato is tender. Stir in the stock granules, cornstarch (mixed to a paste with a little of the milk), remaining milk and seafood. Heat until chowder thickens, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with parsley at serving.
