Pastry as for apple squares
1 container cottage cheese (750 grams)
¼ cup sugar
¾ cup golden raisins
2 eggs
1 package vanilla sugar or ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Divide pastry in two. Roll out and lay bottom layer in a 16 x 10½ inch pan. Press dough half way up sides of pan. Bake until partially done.

Beat the eggs. Stir in cottage cheese, sugar, raisins and vanilla sugar. Spread onto the partially baked bottom layer. Add the top layer of pastry pressing into the partially baked pastry. Prick all over with a fork. Brush with a small amount of milk. Sprinkle small amount of sugar over the top. Bake at 350° until done (lightly browned).
