1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1 onion chopped
Salt and pepper
1 egg
½ cup bread crumbs (or day old bread/bun)
1 cup hot milk or warm water
Parsley chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread in milk or warm water. Squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Mix ingredients together and shape into burger patties. Barbeque or broil.

A delicious Kiwi burger can be made by adding these toppings - fried egg, sliced cooked beetroot and avocado.
