1-1/2 cups oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 cups chopped apples
3 cups flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup raisins
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together oil, sugar, and eggs until well mixed. Add chopped apples and stir. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Stir into apple batter. Add vanilla, pecans, and raisins. Grease and flour Bundt pan. Pour batter into pan. Bake in preheated oven of 325º oven for 1-1/2 hours or until done. Cool in pan 20 minutes, then remove to cooling rack to cool completely. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
