1 1/2 sticks butter
1 cup onion
4 (10 oz) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
4 cups cooked rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, melt butter and saute onion. In a bowl or dish, mix
all ingredients together, adding the butter, onion, broccoli and rice.
Stir. Add soup. Stir. Then add Cheddar cheese. Stir real good. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
