Ingredients:  
Prosciutto (about 1/4 lb. chopped - save about 5 slices to
crisp and crumble over top of dish)
1/2 stick butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup vodka
garlic
1 can tomatoes
1 pint heavy cream
1 can Pecorino-Romano cheese - grated

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil, garlic, butter in pan and saute chopped prosciutto.
Then add vodka and tomatoes, simmer for 1 hour.
Add cream and cook for a few minutes more, add cheese at
end, just before pouring over riggies.

Makes enough sauce for 2 pounds maccaroni.
