2, 12 oz. Vermicelli
1 c. Celery, finely chopped
1 bunch Green Onion, chopped
1, 4 oz. can Diced Black Olives
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1, 10 oz. Frozen Peas
4 tbsp. Salad Oil
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Accent
3 tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 c. Real Mayo
1 1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Beau Monde
1 lg. Jar Pimentos

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles in salted boiling water with 1 of the tbsp. oil
Do not overcook noodles, Rinse and Drain in cold water.
Add remaining oil, lemon juice, accent, garlic, beau monde, and pepper to taste.
Mix well and let stand overnight.
Next day add your remaining ingredients.
