8 chicken breast
16 small blocks of swiss or chedder cheese
16slices smoked ham
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 stick butter
1 pkg. mushrooms
2 cups white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Pound out chicken breasts, lay flat, roll 2 slices of ham around 1 block of cheese. Put in center of chicken breast, roll chicken breast around ham and cheese. Drip each chicken breast in flour,than milkand than bread crumbs. Put chicken breast in a roasting pan.Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees,Whilw the chicken is baking,put the butter in a sauce pan,when butter is melted add white wine boil for 2 minutes add mushroom, after 30 minutes of baking chicken pour butter wine mixture over chicken and bake 5 more minutes.
