1 lb. butter, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar
3 c. cake flour, sifted
6 eggs
2 tsp. rum flavoring (or 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. lemon)
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into a bundt cake pake that has been sprayed with Pam (or rubbed w/ vegetable oil) and a light dusting of flour. Bake at 350 F. for 1 hour. Bake another 10 minutes at 325 F. if not brown enough. Cool on wire rack for 1-2 hours, then flip on to a decorative plate. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar.
