1 loaf Texas toast, broken in good size pieces

1 cup brown sugar
1 stick oleo or butter
2 tsp white syrup. Karo or any white syrup

6 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Pour first 3 ingredients over the crumbled bread.

Mix eggs and milk and pour over mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 350 for 45 min.
Can serve with pancake syrup or fruit topping
