1 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Cream
Vanilla
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the egg and add sugar and cream. Add vanilla and enough flour to roll out. Cut in diamonds and slit a hole in the center and pull one end through the slit. Fry in hot lard like doughnuts. Can be rolled in icing sugar. 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom can be added for flavour if desired. Makes only one Fattigmand
