2 cups (16 oz.) sour cream
2 cups mayonaise
3 tbsp..minced onion (fresh or dryed)
3 tsp.dill weed
3 tbsp.parsley
3 tsp. beaumonde seasoning

Mix together all ingredients. Let stand in refrigerator for at least 8 hour before serving to let flavors blend. Fill scooped out pumpernickel bread with dip, and use the broken bread for dipping
