5-6 Chicken Breasts
1- 8 oz. container sour cream
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
3 T. poppy seeds
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and cut into bite size pieces. In a large bowl, mix soups and sour cream with chicken. Place mixture in a rectangular casserole dish (13" x 9" recommended).
Crush 1-2 sleeves of Ritz crackers for crumb topping. Melt butter in bowl; add cracker crumbs and mix together. Add poppy seeds to butter/crumb mixture; sprinkle over entire chicken mixture in casserole dish.

Bake at 350º for approximately 35 minutes (or until golden & bubbly!).
