2 lbs. ground beef
3 medium or 2 large sweet onions - about 3 cups
3 medium green peppers, chopped - about 3 cups
10 eggs, whisked

Directions:
Directions:
Chop vegetables, mix well with eggs.
Let sit 1/2 hour.
Add 1 T. coarse salt
1 T. ground pepper

Make about 16 patties using a spoon.
In fry pan, heat olive oil for first burgers.
Cook 3-4 at a time, press down with a spoon periodically.
Cook about 3 minutes a side, be sure juice is clear. Press with spatula.

Can freeze extras.
