1/3 C soft butter
1/2 C flour
3/4 C brown sugar
1 1/2 C quick oatmeal
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Use a pan about 8x13x2-inches. Butter the pan and fill with sliced apples. Mix 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle this over the apples. Blend together the soft butter, flour, brown sugar and quick oatmeal and salt. Mix well and spread over the apples. Bake about 40 minutes in a 350º oven. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.

I use more cinnamon with the sugar to sprinkle over the apples because my family likes lots of cinnamon.
