In a large frying pan, combine:

1 can tuna, drained
2 cups elbow macaroni
2 cups water
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and cover. Cook over medium heat until macaroni is soft and very little liquid remains, stirring frequently.

Add 2 cups shredded cheese and 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Stir in several spoonfuls of Italian dressing to taste.

You may use 2 cans of tuna, if you prefer, and add 3/4 - 1 cup celery when you add the Italian dressing.
