1 lge jar whitefish/pike gefilte fish
1 jar (8 oz) red horseradish
1 small can julienne beets
1 c water
1 6 oz lemon Jello
6 C ring mold

Directions:
Directions:
dissolve jelol in boiling water; add remaining ingredients with juice except gefilte fish and cool slightly; cut fish horizontally; put 1/2 in bottom of mold, don't overlap fish; add half of mixture; and remaining fish then remaining liquid; jell 6 hours.
